Responsibilities

• Work with furniture factory experience in Malaysia, including furniture made of MDF and sofa furniture, etc., have procurement management work experience.
• Familiar with the product development process; Develop product development plan, Analyzing the product prospects, Looking for products with potential potential, Mining of high-quality suppliers, Improve product lines;
• Train and lead subordinates to conduct market research and analysis on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms; Find out the new products and hot-selling products with market potential;
• Review the cost and suppliers of the new products, select high-quality product suppliers through the comparison of price and quality;
• Follow up the functions of new products, model, quality, packing, fix a price, customer service, upgrade, Production suspension; etc.
• Assist sales to deal with after-sales problems of products;
• Complete monthly product development tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with abundant supplier resources in Malaysia, and rich experience in the furniture category;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English;
• More than 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce products, and more than 2 years of experience in development or team management;
• Familiar with third-party analysis tools and skills in using product development techniques on the Amazon platform market;
• Able to lead a team to analyze and develop profitable products;
• Strong logical thinking ability, risk awareness, cost awareness, and adept at problem-solving.
