DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES .

Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger .

Ensure compliance with local tax and reporting requirements .

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets .

Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports .

Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors . Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS

Required: .

Ability to communicate effectively in English with key stakeholders . Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting & Finance .

5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role .

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel .

Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks .

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
