    The Renewal Operation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the correctness of purchase orders against maintenance renewal quotations and billing. This includes verifying that all renewal transactions are processed accurately and efficiently from beginning to end. The analyst also ensures that the renewal maintenance quotations are in compliance with VSOE (Vendor Specific Objective Evidence) requirements.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Review purchases orders against maintenance renewal quotations to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
    • Verify billing for renewal transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
    • Collaborate with other teams such as Renewal Sales, Renewal Quoting, and Finance to ensure smooth processing of renewal transactions.
    • Addressing any issues that arise for purchase orders and renewal transactions.
    • Ensure that all renewal data/transactions are accurately recorded and updated in the system.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the PO process.
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Global Renewal Sales Team
    • Global Renewal Quoting Team
    • Global Finance Team
    • Business Analysts of all APAC Countries

    Primary Qualifications:

    • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
    • Fluent English and preferably language of supported geography.
    • Experience working with Salesforce and Oracle Financials is preferred. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Professional, self-motivated and results oriented.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the internal stakeholders.
    • Seeks feedback from colleagues and demonstrates the ability to continuously learn, develop and improve processes.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
