- Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic planning and market analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape within the solar PV sector.
- Identify potential clients and projects, keeping abreast of market developments.
- Generate leads, qualify potential clients, and prepare compelling proposals to secure new solar PV projects.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes and successful contract execution.
- Manage existing client relationships, building strong rapport and ensuring account satisfaction and retention within the solar PV industry.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders and proposals for solar PV projects in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Manage the tendering process, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, legal, technical) to ensure comprehensive, competitive, and compliant tender submissions.
- Evaluate and analyze tenders submitted by competitors in the solar PV industry, identifying strengths and weaknesses to inform own bid strategies.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, considering industry best practices and achieving the best possible outcome for the company in the context of solar PV projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of proven experience in commercial roles within the solar PV industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with tendering processes and RFP responses.
