    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Identify & source for profitable sites for the opening of 7-Eleven stores in line with the Company's store growth targets.
    • Conduct site surveys & evaluation, complete and submit site proposals for management consideration.
    • Arrange and coordinate site inspection and procure requisite tenancy documentation from landlords.
    • Liaise with landlords leading to the execution of tenancy agreements and taking of vacant possession.
    • Engaging with landlords, agents or leasing personnel for managed and non-managed properties.
    • Identify and articulate reasoning for proposed locations within designated areas which are to be substantiated via qualitative/
    comparative assessments undertaken with utmost professionalism and transparency.


    • Other short-term project-based tasks as and when assigned by leadership of the department.
    Job Requirements


    • Candidates preferably to have at least 1 (one) year working experience in the field of real estate, or retail business development
    and marketing.


    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post
    Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in any discipline or 3 years related experience.


    • Disciplined, results oriented, professional and with minimum supervision, reporting and updating head-office as pre-determined by
    leadership.


    • Computer literate and reasonably well versed in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel & Word.
    • Good inter-personal skills, and able to work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse spectrum of people, both internally
    and externally.


    • Good understanding and command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and knowledge of legal and professional context will be an added
    advantage. (command of spoken Chinese dialects and/or other languages are also encouraged).


    • Possess own transport and able to compose and comply with a periodic schedule of travel/ visits within the designated area of
    coverage.
