- You will build and manage fool-proof project management tracking systems to track resources, budget, and deliverables from project start to finish.
- Maintain project vision and raise production red-flags as and when they arrive.
- Work directly with the Head of Production and Leads to ensure smooth production, identify risks, and develop solutions.
- Communicate directly with multi-discipline teams including Art, Design, Engineering, QA, certifications and submissions to understand dependencies and realistic delivery schedules.
- Supervise production team including allocating tasks, identifying experience gaps and coordinating training, purchase orders for additional tools and software, conflict mediation, and assist with talent acquisition.
- Manage budgets for assigned projects
- Make sure everyone involved in a project shares the same goals and vision
- Coordinate with creative department to develop promotion strategies for upcoming newscasts
- Perform research on local, national and international games news to stay up-to-date with current events
- Proven experience producing a video game from start to release.
- You thrive in seeing a project through from start to finish; overseeing milestones, and delivering the highest quality results on time and within budget.
- Grasp the fine balance between the creative process and project management.
