- Develops and manages budgets for Food and Beverage departments.
- Maintains positive cost management for operations.
- Manages daily operations and supervises employees.
- Takes ownership of guest concerns and ensures service meets or exceeds expectations.

skills and experience required
- At least 5 year's experience in F&B Assistant Manager
- Working in a reputable hotel before will be an added advantage.
- Expertise in all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to food and beverage.
