Summary of Job Responsibilities

Work as Executive reporting to Application IT Manager.
To understand business landscape and changing needs of the business.
Bridges the role of IT and business while improving the company's overall efficiency.
Communicate to stakeholders to analyse business requirements, processes, information systems, also help drive the business in the right direction by improving the products, services, and software with the help of data analytics.
Interact with diverse teams and parties to understand the business more efficiently while providing innovative solutions to the many challenges faced by the business.
Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis of top management to make strategic business decisions.
Create solutions based on the requirements identified, create change management proposals, and work towards achieving the organization's longterm goals.
Review specifications for required change management, while efficiently organizing business needs.
Work in close collaboration with the technical team, development team, implementer, external parties to ensure the teams understands the requirements.
Facilitating the right design sessions with the project implementation or support team.
Delivering the correct elements of system design, business rules, and other relevant deliverables.
Pull information from multiple sources from within the organization while analyzing and reporting the relevant data trends for informed decision making.
Collaborate with technical team to breaking down the technical and architectural requirements so that the entire team understands the infrastructure and technical requirements.
A Business Analyst also helps the management envision future needs among changing business processes and models.
Ensure projects successfully implemented, achieved the objectives and aligned with company's direction. Actively works on projects' activities until project is fully implemented and deployed successfully.
Monitors and maintain the systems, interfaces, and continuous business process improvement/reengineering to ensures the operational processes in a business run smoothly and enables users to conduct their business.
Provide system support and user support. Work in close collaboration with business users, technical team and vendors to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve problems timely, and to ensure tasks/ requirements are properly managed and SLA is monitored and fulfilled.
Provide onsite field services as and when required

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor or Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
Minimum 35 years of working experience in support within minimum L1 and L2 support experience and skillset. Working experience in project with minimum 12 full project cycle is an advantage.
Good understanding of business operations processes, and/or Accounting
Good communication, interpersonal, team player, and change management skills
Knowledge and experience in ERP system, Supply Chain system and Business Analysis. Knowledge in Budgeting & Planning is a plus.
