- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings and specifications.
- Analyze and quantify the materials, labor, and equipment required for the project.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project life cycle.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure they align with the budget.
- Previous experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take out from drawing and cost calculations.
- Fresh graduates in related field also encourage to apply
- No OT required
