- Improve our manufacturing and test capabilities by recognizing what problems need to be solved today, and what will need to be solved in the future.
- Generate design requirements and orchestrate the implementation of scalable, extensible test automation processes and procedures.
- Help meet production goals by improving efficiencies related to the manufacturing test automation process (e.g. system boot, functional verification, and OS deployment).
- Collaborate with hardware development teams to implement post system assembly test procedures for new technologies and features of Industrial PCs and Edge Servers.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure, Service, and IT teams to design and deploy robust solutions for storing and retrieving system test results and logs.
- Develop and execute platform and system level functional validation test plans including SKU validation and verification.
- Drive and/or support debug activities related to functional and verification issues identified during the platform development phases.

- Some experience in validating systems made up of electrical and mechanical components, including evaluation of power rails, digital signal integrity, and thermals.
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in Engineering or related field
- 1-5 years of experience within the product development cycle; conceptualizing approaches, implementing tests, analyzing and sharing results, and creating thorough documentation.
- Superior ability to prioritize concurrent tasks, manage your time, communicate project milestones, and execute to a plan
- Someone with a continuous improvement mindset and an eye for details
- Comfortable regularly sharing knowledge with a cross-functional team of people equally excited to enhance products and processes
- A detailed person with an understanding of how a product will be used to ensure components come together to produce useful systems

Benefits
The salary range for this role is MYR40,000 to MYR800,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
