- Develop and execute business development plans to promote the company's geotechnical product solutions.
- Build relationships with government agencies, engineering consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and establish partnerships with new consultants and contractors in geotechnical engineering.
- Lead sales efforts through lead conversion, trade shows, and proactive outreach.
- Research and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Stay updated on developments in the geotechnical engineering field.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and provide technical support when required.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- 5+ years experience in geotechnical engineering projects (consulting, contracting, supplying, government).
- Existing network and commercial experience in the East Malaysia market.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative independently.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- A degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Master in Geotechnical Engineering or Business preferred.
