    Join a highly-regarded global design and development solutions provider for complex civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering. We seek a Technical Business Development Engineer. Our client is committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

    The Technical Business Development Executive will develop and execute business development strategies for geotechnical engineering products and solutions in East Malaysia.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business development plans to promote the company's geotechnical product solutions.
    • Build relationships with government agencies, engineering consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
    • Identify and establish partnerships with new consultants and contractors in geotechnical engineering.
    • Lead sales efforts through lead conversion, trade shows, and proactive outreach.
    • Research and identify potential new business opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
    • Stay updated on developments in the geotechnical engineering field.
    • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and provide technical support when required.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years experience in geotechnical engineering projects (consulting, contracting, supplying, government).
    • Existing network and commercial experience in the East Malaysia market.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Self-motivated and able to take initiative independently.
    • Willingness to travel as necessary.
    • A degree in Civil Engineering is required.
    • Master in Geotechnical Engineering or Business preferred.
