- Distribution channels and insurance partners engagement to plan and effectively execute strategic product initiatives to acquire and expand of Bancassurance business
- To perform on-going business review and business analytics with objective to identify business opportunities which can expand the Bancassurance business
- Managing a business pipeline through on-going analysis, close monitoring and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
- Managing and address end-to-end sales and customer journey
- Managing IT projects according to strategic priorities including product developments
- Closely monitoring financial KPIs, Bancassurance budget and market share through right product mix
- Overseeing the implementation of regulatory change including internal and external legal and compliance issues
- Malaysian citizen
- Degree holder in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance/Economics or a related field.
- 2 years and aboverelevant experience in banking, life or general insurance industry.
- Pre Contract Exam (PCE), CEILI and Takaful Basic Exam (TBE) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
