- Sales Target Achievement: Work diligently to achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, conducting promotional activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure availability of Yamaha bikes and accessories.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, offer solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction with the Yamaha brand.
- Team Support and Training: Support and train outlet staff by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating with headquarters and other departments as required.
- Willingness to Learn: Must have a strong desire and commitment to continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry in Malaysia, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia , both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Market: Basic understanding of the Malaysian motorcycle market, including consumer preferences, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
