The University employs both local and international academics and professionals graduated from reputable accredited institutions of higher learning for its teaching, research and other scholarly activities as well as administrative and support staff for the various faculties/divisions/departments.The recruitment of staff is an on-going process with the rapid expansion of the University and job vacancies are posted in UTAR website and advertised in the local newspapers. Candidates should have
- PhD in related disciplines
- Strong interest in research & be involved in scholarly activities
- With relevant teaching experience
Candidates without PhD with the following requirements may be considered
- Registered Professional Engineers
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry working experience
