    Description
    Company: AccPro BSC Sdn Bhd H))Location: Starparc Point, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur
    Salary: MYR 6,000 - 8,000/month
    Responsibilities:
    Customer Service Excellence
    • Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relations.
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
    Outstanding Account Collection
    • Prioritize and actively work on the collection of outstanding accounts to reduce arrears.
    • Initiate collection efforts promptly, maintaining a polite and professional approach.
    Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including payment agreements, installment, and correspondence.
    • Prepare and maintain credit reports and records for reference.
    Credit Evaluation
    • Evaluate tax refunds and financial statements to make informed credit decisions.
    • Recommend credit terms and conditions for new and existing customers.
    Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate credit decisions to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
    • Prepare periodic reports on credit control and collection activities for management review.
    Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to streamline credit control processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Suggest and implement process improvements as needed.
    Ad hoc task

    Requirements:
    • Possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
    • Candidates with working experience but without the qualification of the above requirement are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong team player with meticulous attention to detail and resourcefulness.
    • Ability to multitask and work independently, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking and self-motivation.
    • Proactive attitude and strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent client relationship and time management skills.
    • High integrity, excellent work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline.
    • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a positive attitude.
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Tech-savviness with knowledge of Google Applications and proficiency in using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets are added advantages.
    • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
