- To lead in the provisioning of all Project or Sales Requirement (services) that include network, system, broadcast, RF systems, baseband and VSAT (group QoS, remote, profile), monitoring service etc.
- Commissioning of physical nodes that include structured network cabling, physical server, network equipment and RF/Baseband system installation.
- Project management and coordination with internal, customer and installer for service activation
- Tracking of service requests and coordinate with Sales & Customer Engineering team on request priority, project timeline, project resources and RFS
- Develop service provisioning guide and checklist for operation handover.
- Manage overall activation report and monthly deployment schedule.
- Service handover and training to internal Operation team and external parties.
- Validate capacity management and projection Capacity monitoring and projection.

- Working with Engineering team on any new initiatives or new solutions.
- Proactively optimize existing operation process and work with engineering team to refine the service engineering
- Active participation in supporting Customer Engineering and Sales and Marketing for new potential business opportunity and/or growth in the existing business.
- To develop and update network documentation regularly and provide monthly report.
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Cisco certified network professional (CCNP-Service Provider) is a must and Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) will be preferred.
- At least 5 years' experience in ISP and Telecommunication industry handling multiple End-to-End solutions and ability to design network solution for ISP, Broadband and customer remote setup independently.
- Strong knowledge in Internet BGP peering, MPLS L2VPN/L3VPN, and WIFI hotspot deployment.
- Ability to independently plan, design and deploy ISP network infrastructure.
- Experience in managing VSAT hub will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing Linux systems and applications (ie:Cacti, PerfSonar, DNS servers)
- The ability to execute SQL and HTML programming related coding will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE Radio Access Network (RAN) and VOIP will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command in English both written and verbal with good education track-record.
- Quick starter, highly motivated and team player with ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work on standby basis.
