Description

Coach and supervise a team

• Coach, supervise and motivate a team of subordinates.
• Ensure staff is trained on labelling, and safety procedures in accordance to OSHA
• Ensure all staffs are treated equally in compliance with SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) regulations.

Inventory Control

• Control label inventory levels by reviewing data recorded in tracking system, retrieving data, designing reports, and taking corrective actions.
• Involved in cycle count and stock count.
• Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and reported accordingly.
• Corrective and preventive actions are to be documented for the discrepancies.

Operation Process

• Upon receiving, ensure all products are properly labelled, stored and information uploaded into relevant systems.
• Monitor picking, packing and labeling for SIRIM related process.
• Application of SIRIM labels / Consignment process
• Delivery Sample / Collection of Label from SIRIM Office
• Ship out labels to factory upon request / PO raised

Reporting and Documentations

• Provide daily outstanding reports to customers.
• Provide Weekly operation and productivity reports to Logistics Manager.
• Resolve customer request, questions, and complaints.
• Ensure all procedures and documentations are completed in accordance to ISO9001 and ISO18001 regulations.

QHSE Compliance

• Comply with all BL QHSE Integrated Management System policies and procedures.
• Support all company QHSE promotions and initiatives.
• Keep informed all QHSE information provided by the company in accordance with any legislation, code of practice and guidelines and liaise as necessary with the relevant government departments and private bodies.
• Immediately, in the event of an accident, dangerous occurrence, or a risk of imminent and serious injury or harm to the health of any person at the workplace, report the matter to your senior Manager or Supervisor.
• Report to your senior Manager or Supervisor any hazard or potential hazard to which any person is, or might be, exposed to at the workplace.

Technical

• Experience in 3PL Logistics or related field is preferred
• Fully literate on Microsoft Office / WMS system
