RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage a team of 8-10 in-house writers / editors / interns and freelancers
· Manage content on iPrice's websites for new pages and existing pages – by planning and assigning tasks to writers/editors
· Manage knowledge required for content writing creation: create and keep/maintain guidelines and SOPs
· Manage content quality:
a. Hold group and individual training for writers/editors
b. Help copywriters establish work practices leading to high-quality texts (e.g., communication with the tech team, research, self-editing, addressing editors' remarks).
c. Help with improving particular items of content.
· Design, describe and improve processes and guidelines regarding content together with Line Manager and Value Stream Owner
· Organize/Manage collaboration with other departments
· Provide weekly/monthly updates about Team's KPI/OKR to stakeholders
· Assess copywriting candidates and onboard new joiners
· Coach and organize training for team and help them succeed
REQUIREMENTS
· 5-7 years of experience, of which at least 3 years managing a team
· Bachelor's in Business/ Mass Comm or similar
· Qualified writer from e-commerce online publications, if possible, who can bring in writing expertise to the team
· Additional, experience in SEO and/or Tech publication is a definite plus
