Description

• Prepare the month end closing for Maybank Investment Banking Group ('MIBG') management reporting.
• Prepare monthly reports outlining the performance of MIBG whilst also providing analysis on key drivers behind the month performance.
• Compile and analyse rolling forecast and business trends, to assess the performance of MIBG.
• Support annual budget preparation by providing scenario analysis, gathering information from business and MIBG subsidiaries, liaising with Maybank Group and preparation of templates for budget presentations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to enable decision making or help understand business drivers.
• Creating financial models to project business growth or determine factors impacting business.
• Support the preparation process for MIBG CFO's presentations / business reviews / business plans, including templates, comparative information, briefing content.

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking
• Candidate with Professional Certification in Accounting / Finance (ie ACCA, ICAEW) is an added advantage
• 46 years' experience in finance / strategy / corporate finance.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, highly motivated and committed
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
