- Lead and Manage Partner Advisory Targets, KPIs and regional expectations
- Oversee and manage the entire advisory services delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely execution, and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of advisory professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Min 10+ years of experience working with & leading Partner sales/sales (tech) in Partner Advisory or Partner Business Development teams
- Advance English language proficiency - C1 or above certified
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept
- Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage
- Excellent Sales Pipeline management and negotiation skills
- Account management and profiling experience is a must
- Ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines
