    Job Summary

    To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a located in .

    What a typical day looks like :

  • Shipment commitment to customer daily.
  • Handle the forecast loading, analysis, and simulation weekly.
  • ECO / SBR request from customer.
  • ENO / ICC charges to customer for monthly report.
  • Shipment arrangement ( SO, RSN, SRF) Manage claim from customer and PO.
  • RMA creation and return commitment.
  • LTB purchase control and approval.
  • Quote for SBR build charges. RoHS / COC / NRTL documentation to customer, pre-alert to quality before shipment out to KP.
  • Follow up for the FA / qualification requirement with customer and CFT team.
  • Attend weekly SCN / PCN call every Friday with KP
  • Attend weekly call for the MR material status with KP and Baxter.
  • Attend weekly Vest model call with KP and Baxter for the ECO change / SBR / FA package update.
  • Attend Optimus biweekly call every Wed for Sanmina material transfer.
  • RMA incoming pre-alert and coordination.
  • MRC commitment weekly review FOL commitment
  • Pre-load / LVC file for every Wednesday call

    • The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
