    Job Summary

    Reporting to the Head of the Allianz Malaysia IT team, the Senior Service Delivery Manager acts as one point of contact between Allianz Malaysia IT and Allianz Technology Malaysia in financial, service or other topics. The person is responsible for the end to end service delivery from Allianz Technology as Service Provider to Allianz Malaysia business.

    Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for Allianz Technology on all Allianz Malaysia related matters and vice versa
  • Budget planning for run and change
  • Assurance of service delivery from AZ Technology as per SLA agreemen
  • Responsibility for Service Delivery Committee
  • Internal Planning Dialog – responsibility for all Allianz Technology matters concerning Malaysia
  • Main responsibility for internal approvals with Senior Management, Legal & Compliance
  • Key Requirements

  • Multi year experience in key account management
  • Experience in IT
  • Basic experience in Finance
  • Team player attitude
  • Experience in working in vendor / client relationships
