- Own key performance metrics covering budget planning, process improvement, cost, productivity, and service level agreement (SLA) of Shopee fulfillment operations.
- Methodologically define problems, identify root causes, and provide key levers to solve problems.
- To be inline with ground operation by driving execution at operational level to ensure project feasibility, smooth delivery and success.
- Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain or any related qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in management consulting and / or project management in the e-Commerce, supply chain or similar industry
- Analytical, detail oriented and sensitive to numbers
- Proficient in presenting work using PowerPoint, Excel or similar applications
- A self-starter and result-oriented in a fast-paced and diverse environment
- Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang.
