    About the Role

    We are offering 6 months internship to be associated with Swift APAC Business Analyst team.

    As a Business Analyst intern, you will be responsible for the analysis of data to derive value for decision-making and strategy formation. You will also be able to work with a team of analysts in contributing to a variety of activities, e.g. monitor business performance, identify business insights, develop or improve our reporting portfolio by using various business intelligence tools.

    Through these tasks, you will have the opportunity to learn the business analysis and reporting process, learn the basics of data management and visualization through analysis of a large set of data, enhance your communication skills through interactions with internal stakeholders, and deal with global stakeholders within Swift.

    What to expect:

  • You will prepare business performance reports on actuals and monitor against targets/ forecast/ budget.
  • You will partner with senior team members to conduct analysis to identify key drivers and its potential impacts to Swift.
  • You will implement improvements to current report processes to increase efficiency, e.g. simplify reporting steps to reduce production time.
  • You will explore creation of new reports/ dashboards to transform data into actionable information.
  • You will support senior team member in delivering project.
  • You will be exposed to several ERP tools such as SAP, Salesforce, MicroStrategy, MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, etc.
  • You will maintain accurate and complete documentations for all business processes within the team.
  • What will make you successful?

  • University student currently pursuing an undergraduate or post-graduate programme in Business Administration/ Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Possess Microsoft Excel skills (beginner to intermediate level).
  • Passionate to work with data, and curious to analyse data.
