- Having more than 5 years working experience in IT Software & Quality Testing role
- Work closely with the product development team to understand the concept and requirements of software application products to achieve the business objectives
- Experience in the review and developing test plans and frameworks for both functional and performance testing
- Good experience using any of the software tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Loadrunner, SoapUI, SQL, Script and etc
- Find and report bugs/defects with detailed steps to reproduce so that the development team can resolve them quickly
- Sensitive to detail, highly analytical, have a passion to learn and is committed to self-improvement
- Good leadership skills to lead a small team and enjoy working in a team-based environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
