    Payroll Senior Analyst/Specialist Job Summary This position is responsible for administering payroll and human resources data processing functions for salaried, hourly or commissioned personnel. Directly responsible for accurate and timely maintenance and audit of master file, payroll related transactions, payroll processing and delivery. What You'll Do
  • Administers timely and accurate payroll processing items with payroll vendor, including on-cycle, off-cycle, commission, overtime and bonus items while maintaining strict confidentiality of information reviewed and processed.
  • Executes defined payroll controls
  • Processes special or exception items, including deductions and quarterly/year-end payroll items.
  • Prepares, reviews and takes appropriate action on audit reports to verify data integrity and observations. Prepares ad-hoc reports (when requested) using human resources information systems (HRIS) system information.
  • Works with department members, management and/or employees to identify issues and achieve timely resolutions.
  • Collaborates with payroll vendor, benefits team, HR business partners, Mobility on change request impacting payroll
  • Participates in payroll audits and complies with the procedures and policies of internal and external audit
  • Involves in payroll ad-hoc projects
  • Manages payroll vendor in relation to complex payroll calculation queries and local legislations
  • What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development, Service Management or relevant field
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in processing payroll for 1 or more countries in Asia Pacific region
  • Have prior experience working with payroll vendor
  • Have prior shared service or customer service experience supporting Asia Pacific region or multiple countries will be advantageous
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) would be advantageous.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team for change request relating to payroll.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Requires basic analytical skills.
  • Must be comfortable using various systems and technology, preferably with prior experience in Peoplesoft (Oracle) or other relational HRIS databases
  • preferably with prior experience using case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word Power point, and Teams.
  • Must have high attention to detail and be focused on accuracy.
  • Must be proactive and a team player.
