    Description

    Application of Best Practices and a wide range of engineering principles and practices to:


    • Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.


    • Lead emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring of facilities system performance, critical parameters, and loading.


    • Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.


    • Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.

    Risk Management


    • Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety, and essential services, and environmental.


    • Lead Work in Progress Review Board (WPRB) forum for comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation plan review.Profitability and Savings Initiatives


    • Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.

    Energy Conservation and Innovation


    • Support initiatives and strategies for energy conservation with feasibility assessment, cost, optimization, and engineering analyses.

    Customer Service and Client Relationships


    • Ensure feedback from the client is recorded and action is taken to the end user's satisfaction. Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level.
