    Requirements

    What You Can Expect To Work On
    • Day-to-Day Recruitment Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, while collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
    • Collaborating Strategically with Leadership: Work closely with hiring managers and organisational leaders to understand staffing needs, aligning recruitment efforts with strategic business objectives
    • Leveraging Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including leveraging social platforms, professional networks, and industry connections, to identify and attract top-tier candidates
    • Utilising Technology for Effective Candidate Management: Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess candidate information, manage applications, and optimise the recruitment workflow
    • Leadership in Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance and promote our employer brand, ensuring it resonates with top talent and differentiates us in the competitive market
    • Strategic Event Participation: Organise and actively participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and industry forums, strategically representing the organisation and attracting top talent
    • Building Long-Term Talent Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline that supports both immediate and future staffing needs
    • Ad-hoc Strategic Initiatives: Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks related to talent acquisition that contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the organisation

    What You Need to Succeed
    • Experience: 3 years of working experience with proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on strategic recruitment in leadership roles
    • Strong Project Management: with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
    • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skill with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
    • Polished Communicator: Able to represent the company as you will be the first point of contact for new hires
    • Your innate nature: Curious, critical thinker, flexible, adaptable, and has strong sense of ownership
    • Proactive and innovative mindset, with a strategic approach to talent acquisition
