- Handle all employee documentation, including letters and correspondence related to employment, promotion, and transfers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/off boarding.
- Manage attendance, unpaid leave, employee benefits, and welfare.
- Maintain and regularly update employees' personal records.
- Handle staff reimbursement claims and meticulously monitor and manage expenses.
- Monitor all office expenses, including utilities (electricity, water, telephone, etc.).
- Oversee office cleaning, refreshment, and housekeeping services.
- Manage various office administration activities, such as annual office license renewals and renovations.
- Establish effective communication with the office building management for tasks like access card applications, tenancy agreements, and contracts.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Perform additional tasks and duties delegated by management as needed.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated organizational efficiency and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
