    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Handle all employee documentation, including letters and correspondence related to employment, promotion, and transfers.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/off boarding.
    • Manage attendance, unpaid leave, employee benefits, and welfare.
    • Maintain and regularly update employees' personal records.
    • Handle staff reimbursement claims and meticulously monitor and manage expenses.
    • Monitor all office expenses, including utilities (electricity, water, telephone, etc.).
    • Oversee office cleaning, refreshment, and housekeeping services.
    • Manage various office administration activities, such as annual office license renewals and renovations.
    • Establish effective communication with the office building management for tasks like access card applications, tenancy agreements, and contracts.
    • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
    • Perform additional tasks and duties delegated by management as needed.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent qualification.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Demonstrated organizational efficiency and ability to work independently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Discreet, proactive, meticulous, responsible.
