- Design digital posters to spread job vacancies awareness for given job assignments to various social media communities of portals/channels
- Source for potential candidates for the given job assignment.
- Screen, Interview (when needed), and submit qualified candidates profiles to clients.
- Follow-up candidate interest & track candidate interview stages until offer stage
- Negotiate and mediate expectations between potential candidates and clients.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities include: Ad hoc projects as required by your Superior
- Degree/Diploma student within related discipline, able to fulfill 3 months of internship period
- Final year student or graduating intern are highly preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites, as well as design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
- Possesses a laptop and mobile
- Possesses administrative and research skills
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
- Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with clients
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and delegate duties where appropriate
- Ability to carry out duties as independently as possible.
