    Key Account Manager

    THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Based in Petaling Jaya
  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for handling the important customers that make up the highest percentage of business unit sales, build and maintain a good relationship with the customers

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Actively sells and promotes company products and services according to client's needs
  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans in assigned territories.
  • Provide product information and in house training to selective customers
  • Participate in sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits as require
  • Creates, maintains, and updates customer profiles, directories, customer databases, customer marketing plans, and rolling sales forecasts
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management (e.g. managed pre-launch initiatives, product launching, customer support outside of designated territory/territories, etc.)
  • Submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time
  • Able to travel extensively and outstation to visit customers or leads to promote Company's products
  • WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Graduate of a tertiary degree course preferably a graduate of veterinary science / animal science
  • Minimum 4 years with specific to sales experiences. Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science background is preferable.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory
  • Good in data analytics, strategic thinking, planning and execution.
  • Self-driven and motivated to deliver the setout sales target with adaptability & agility to the new environment
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Sales expertise and relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
