- To ensure the Centre's safety and security compliance, delivering high-quality service provider standards.
- Support ongoing operations, projects, and development to achieve cost efficiency, performance targets, and necessary compliances.
- Oversee safety and security measures, conduct audits, investigate accidents, monitor contractor activities, facilitate training, and establish emergency response plans to ensure compliance and a safe environment for co-workers, service providers, and tenants.
- Monitor, assess, and continue improving contractors' activities in the Centre, ensuring compliance with work permit approval, safety and security briefing, house rules, and emergency procedures.
- Assist in providing safety and security training for co-workers, service providers, and tenants,
- Oversee cleanliness and pest control measures in the Centre, including tenant areas, to ensure effectiveness.
- Support on tenant coordinate and manage all tenant fit-out and reinstatement between internal and external parties.
- Fully accountable on all aspects of tenants' fit-out works while adhering to accomplishing within the stipulated challenging timeline.
- All other related administrative responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
- Diploma and / or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture and / or Building Design or any other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in shopping centre operations, fit-out, facilities and equipment maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
- Must be knowledgeable on local statutory compliances related to fit-out.
- Able to read, interpret and understand drawing plan.
- Proficient with MS Office, other Office applications and CAD software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience within the retail operations or shopping centre management sector.
- Strong project management skills preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
