    Position Summary

    The Training & Development Manager is responsible for developing human capital to support our business strategy and goals, fostering a move towards a learning culture organization-wide, being creative in finding ways of transferring knowledge, and taking ownership of in-house training consistent with the Company's culture and values.

    You will play an important role to:

    A) Training Needs and Learning Framework

    • Conduct yearly Training Needs Analysis.
    • To design internal or source for external programs in fulfilling the training requirement identified by TNA.
    • Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training.
    • Communicating with management, trainers, and team members to ensure that all needs are met.
    • Develop, design, and update the Learning Framework for all levels of associates.

    B) Training Development and Delivery

    • To design and update training content and materials to generate higher productivity and safety among associates.
    • To identify and develop in-house trainers.
    • Research new training supplies and materials for the Company's training solutions while providing value to associates.
    • Design and Develop leadership development programs across different levels of employees.
    • Introduce new learning platforms for associates e.g. e-learning platform, virtual platform, etc.

    C) Project and others

    • Supervising the smooth running of the onboarding experiences and internship management.
    • Led internal training processes that ease the users and training tracking/reporting.
    • Kick-start and manage the ad hoc, events, culture-related projects, and other assignments from time to time.
    • ISO 9001 audit and reporting.

    D) Administrative

    • Manage HRDF, training records, and regular monthly reporting to management and Group/HQ.
    • To manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) from time to time.
    • Resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary.

    At any time, undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Management/ Head of Department/ Line Manager.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

    • Business Degree or its equivalent
    • At least 5-8 years of working experience in training and development
    • A desire and want to train and passion for conducting training
    • Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods
    • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
    • Ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
