    Group adopts a Local Focus, Global Vision strategy, and its PR strategy adheres to this approach. In this role, the PR Manager (Thailand) will bring rich local knowledge and a broad network of media contacts that can be incorporated into this strategy, with the core objective of enhancing Groups and brand awareness in Thailand.

    In this Role, youll handle

    ·Public Relations

    oDevelop, define and execute PR communications strategies in consultation with respective stakeholders and business partners to increase group brand awareness in the Thail market.

    oFormulate a holistic and strategic communication framework that is aligned with the Groups overarching global strategy.

    oPropose and/or collaborate with other teams to implement creative PR campaigns and secure coverage beyond our products and services, including but not limited to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns.

    oIdentify opportunities for media placements, executive interviews, PR events and partnerships with the overall aim of growing brand awareness among target audiences.

    oWork closely with internal/external counterparts to create compelling contents with well-defined and consistent messages and develop fact-based stories for mass media releases.

    oResponsible for generating PR outcomes in the Thai market; to ensure communication plans are executed timely and delivered within the allocated budget.

    ·Crisis/Risk Management

    oSupport in identifying risks which could impact the Group, recommend and put in place measures to minimise the risks.

    oEvaluate PR risks, react to crisis situations and manage escalation promptly.

    ·Media Relations

    oPlay an engaging role and maintain good relationships with targeted mainstream local and global media representatives in the market, and strategise the media engagement programmes aimed at fulfilling the Group's PR goals.

    ·Others

    oMonitor and analyse our competitors from both the global and local perspectives.

    Identify, establish and sustain strategic partnerships and collaborations with key organisations to expand our presence and visibility in the market.

    What you'll Need to Succeed

    ·Minimum 7 years of PR or corporate communications experience; candidates with experience in government Ministries or agencies will have an advantage.

    ·Proven track record securing global coverage and executing PR campaigns/activities.

    ·Strong network of contacts and relationships with local and global media required.

    ·Experience of managing PR activities in Thailand; experience in any other Southeast Asian markets will be a plus.

    ·Exceptional writing and editing skills in Thai required.

    ·Fluent English or Chinese required; ability to work in both languages would be a plus.

    ·Demonstrate an understanding of mainstream international media platforms, international media work experience desired.

    ·Strategic and out-of-the box thinking when developing PR ideas; experience in social media marketing and creative campaigns desired.

    ·Ability to travel occasionally.
