    Job Responsibilities

    Technical Support to do helpdesk task like phone,email,chat enquiry.
    • Attend to customer enquiries
    • Identify usability errors / bugs and guide customer to trouble shoot and problem solving.
    • Application / System / Transactions maintenance and monitoring

    Pre-Requisites

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
    • Multilingual especially with the ability to read and write in Mandarin.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in I-City.
    • Preferably specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
