    Role Summary:

    The DLP Security Analyst will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and daily monitoring of the enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution.

    The main duties of the person in this role will include proper care and administration of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) environments and monitoring and responding to the alerts that generate from the tool.

    In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Extract and perform first level analysis of Email/Web Upload/USB Transfer activities requested by Senior Management.
  • Conduct IT Compliance tasks on schedule basis or/and ad hoc basis requested by senior management.
  • Responsible and accountable for the proper functioning of all Email Mail Archiving solution in the Business Group.
  • Responsible for monitoring all outgoing emails and submit monthly reports.
  • Analyze and Trace the Email logs requested by Senior Management.
  • Handling special requests from Senior Management and coordinate with global team.
  • Proactively identify and undertake support activities in a high-pressure working environment.
  • Proven ability to respond to instruction in a timely manner and with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Plan, coordinate and close audit of Information Technology (IT) security controls and compliance with corporate policies and/or regulatory requirements.
  • Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:


    • Degree in Information Technology or any related fields is preferable.

    • Knowledge of MS Excel is essential; knowledge of Excel VBA is a plus.

    • Preferably with at least 1 -4 year of working experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk, Data Compliance & Detection, Fraud Analysis, Fraud Detection and Quality Assurance.

    • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

    • Knowledge in Email Archiving Solution, Data Loss Prevention, and Data Governance is a plus.

    • Proficient in Speak/Read/Write Chinese and possess good command of English.
