Description

• Manage, supervise and monitor the maintenance
• Monitor the Site administration staff i.e supervisor, chargeman, handyman, customer service assistant
• Prepare monthly Building Manager Report and submit to JMB/ MC on or before the dateline
• To ensure the owners and resident are kept abreast off all the necessary important up-dates of any issues in regards of the building via noticed or/and newsletter
  
  

• Candidate must posses minimum Diploma or Degree in Property Management
• Posses own transport and willing to travel
• Good organizations skills with follow through with ability to attend complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
