Company :

1. Assist in establish a safe workplace according to legal standards and foster a

culture of attention to Health, Safety & Environment.

2. Assist to review company ESH policies and procedure to ensure compliance with

regulations and guidelines.

3. Involve in advising and instructing on various safety related topics.

4. Involve in conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventive measures.

5. Assist in organize awareness training modules for all level of employees.

6. Assist in planning HSE programs at the employee / supervisor level to ensure a

common and effective approach.

7. Involve in incident investigation, data analysis and prepare reports on

occurrences.

8. To provide assistance during internal/external's audit by ensuring all related

documents at site is updated from time to time.

9. Lead emergency response team and response to all emergency situations.

10. Monitoring industrial hygiene, occupational and general safety programs to

ensure safe environment and comply with ESH requirement.

11. Monitoring monthly trend of sewage report and prepare recommended action.

12. Involve in presentation during HSE Quarter Meeting and ERS Monthly Meeting.

13. Involve in evaluation of any project to ensure all relate safety requirement

comply.
