    The opportunity

    To support that build future leaders for EY by building and delivering key learning experiences

    Your key responsibilities

  • Support consultation process with and influence key leaders to support leadership development and learning priorities
  • Analyze internal and/or external data, learning trends and future skills to identify learning needs and feed into overall program design and approach
  • Work with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to curate and design appropriate leadership development and learning programs
  • Collaborate with other talent functions (, coaching, talent consultants) to bridge the learning gaps for identified learner groups
  • Oversee end-to-end deployment of curated leadership development programs including promotional collaterals, budget monitoring and facilitator management
  • Collate feedback and program impact assessment as part of continuous improvement
  • Act as a change agent and role model in support of leading-edge learning and development and leadership practice
  • Provide grassroots feedback to support the design and development of Global, Area and Regional leadership development curriculum
  • Support other leadership development and learning projects, as necessary
  • Support key learning events across Asean and locally
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • Experienced in planning, including working on content development
  • Demonstrates expertise in theory and practice of learning and development
  • Skilled in applying design thinking and story boarding to create impactful delivery
  • Collaborative team player; able to bridge the gap between country, regional perspective with that of the wider organization
  • Strong track record in execution of L&D interventions
  • Commercial acumen; demonstrating a sound understanding of the business and priorities
  • Agile, curious, and highly versatile
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other content design tools is an added benefit
  • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A graduate qualification
  • Five to 8 years working experience in content development, planning and managing large complex training events and programs
  • Commercial acumen. Demonstrate sound understanding of the business and priorities
  • A team player. Able to bridge the gap between local country, regional perspective and the wider organization
