Description

Responsibilities:

To assist the Finance Manager to implementing and take-up executive responsibility for the Finance functions as follows:
Costing, Account Payable (AP) & General Ledger (GL) Functions:

Assist in costing activities including analyst cost and preparing month end reporting
Oversee account payable section matters
To ensure accurate and timeliness update of payables into vendor ledger in the SAP FI/CO AP Module
Prepare on Journal Entries
Assist in monthly estimation and rolling reports
Ensure recognized timely and proper way for the accounts entries
To generate and posting for Debit Notes / Credit Notes based on approved requests given by relevant departments
Prepare and coordinate the month end closing and timely submission management report
Assist to prepare of the business plan and budget and monitoring of the Company performance
Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, bankers and government bodies
Ensure internal control complied as per Company Procedure
Contribution in improvement works in Finance Department
To carry out any other tasks as and when instructed by the superiors.
