    Product & Channel Development

    • Involve in the strategic planning of road maps for product & channel for consumer deposits in terms of propositions, channels, platforms, sales and delivery etc.
    • Originate new deposit related products & CVP both via digital and traditional channels.
    • Build journey & platforms for NTB acquisitions via consumer deposits.
    • Lead and manage new product and channel development life cycle from conceptualization, proposals to getting internal and approvals of the initiatives.
    • Manage and set project timelines proactively by identifying the key dependencies and critical path to plan resource and stakeholders engagement accordingly.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify customer needs and to map customer journey if applicable.
    • Lead the building of business case working with business finance & deposits teams.
    • Lead the defining of system enhancement scope by working with with other functional stakeholders.
    • Lead the business UAT planning with proactive resource planning and stakeholders engagement.
    • Be the lead coordinator for project steering committees for the related projects if applicable.
    • Ensure the documentation for new processes related to initiatives.
    • Identify operational, IT, regulatory & legal compliance risks of the initiatives and proactively propose measures to mitigate the risks for approvals prior to initiatives launches at internal risk governance platforms.
    • Build alignment of frontline of the initiatives.
    • Accountable for the performance and stability of the new products, channels and platforms with robust plans for functional and production testing before launches.
    • Accountable for the business/ financials and key performance matrices of the initiatives as launch and lead the post-mortem updates of the initiatives at key platforms to senior management.

    Building on existing Capabilities/ Innovations/ Platforms

    • Ensure continuous improvement on the adoption , expand product availability usage, stability bond, sales & service migration to the Branch via all available channels.
    • Build improvements to the sales and cross-sell customer journey of onboarding.
    • Work with stakeholders in driving the commercialization and acquisition of new customers leveraging on all available channels.
    • Expand product service delivery into digital channels and migrate branch and contact centre traffics to the self-service channels.
