    Description

    Drive a culture that successfully accomplish of project from formulation through implementation, and for customer satisfaction with the products and services delivered.

    Perform end-to-end project formulation process including but not limited to the mapping strategies, resources coordination and technical review.

    • Develop and formalize of integrated baseline project management plans.
    • Consolidate project data & interfaces with functional specialist on cross-functional teams, to ensure stakeholder understanding of trade-offs amongst cost, schedule, quality and risk.
    • Risk Management.
    • To plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
    • Develops cost estimate and identifies resources needed to complete project activities.
    • Develop, implement and monitor acquisition strategies, procurement processes, contract activities and approval requirements to support project requirement.
    • Ensuring assembly & integration of validated end product meeting customer requirements.
    • Liaison between the customers, internal cross-functional teams and sub-contractors.
    • To lead the teams to deliver quality services and products to customer.
    • Project Review and project post-mortem.
    • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

    EQUIREMENTS:




    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
    (Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Industrial Automation) or equivalent.


    • Have experience in the relevant capacity, exposure in industrial automation or conveyor system or assembly industries would be a great plus.
    • Fresh graduates are welcomed. On-the-job training will be provided.
    • Has ability to work well with others and lead a team.
    • Can systematically analyzing problems to find ways to solve them.
    • Good communication skill – able to convey information clearly and simply.
    • Well-verse in Project Management software to organize tasks and workforce.
