    We are looking for a highly motivated and experience HR Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the talent acquisition efforts, ensuring qualified candidates match with suitable job opportunities.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the whole recruitment cycle include sourcing, screening, selecting and interviewing candidates on behalf of our clients.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social medial and referral to identify potential candidates.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles, deliver highest level of service and support to them.
    • Engage in proactive communication with clients to address any concerns, provide support and maintain strong working relationships.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, labour market, current regulations and recruitment practices.
    • Conduct research to identify potential client companies and target industries for business development purposes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records, control lists and procedures.
    • Assist in other HR support for our overseas office, such as payroll and visa applications.
    • Communicate with internal departments and external parties to make sure smooth HR operations and resolve any issues and concerns.
    • Establish and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients, deliver highest level of service and support to them.
    • Carry out ad-hoc duties when assigned.

    Requirements

    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline.
    • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends
    • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant taxation legislations is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customers service skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
