Position Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for oversee the overall finance department operations and management reporting for Indonesia operations. He/she is to ensure proper maintenance of financial records, compliance with financial guidelines, financial management processes, applicable laws, statutes, and group policies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance including timely preparation of financial and management reports as well as analysis of results.
• Plan and control the company's cash flow, funding, and budget allocation.
• Control and manage end-to-end financial processes, including collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliant with Financial Reporting Standards, listing requirements, and applicable reporting standards.
• Perform business planning and yearly budget.
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal, bankers, etc.
• Undertake other projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, with overseas working experience being preferred.
• Computer literate with hands-on experience on ERP system. Knowledge of spreadsheet required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, good communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to be seconded to Karawang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia .

• This is a permanent position with the possibility of relocation to Malaysia after the completion of the contract.
