You will play an important role, such as:

• Responsible for the day to day accounting transactions including issuing invoices to clients, posting of invoices, monthly AR aging report, vendor invoice processing, fixed assets capitalisation and handling queries from ops team/account managers, etc. in accordance to the global policy, mainly liasing with the accounting outsource vendor in Bangkok.
• Liaise with account managers and internal stakeholders on issues relating to accounting/finance related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management for future audit purposes.
• Assist in providing information for global reporting requirements.
• Any other relevant tasks which are assigned by the supervisor.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or business studies.
• More than 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is required.
• Problem-solving skills and capable to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Effective communication and cross functional team skills.
• Able to communicate in Thai is an added advantage.
