    POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

    Responsible for supporting Human Capital Business Partner - Corporate Centre, on administrative and daily operational human resource matters i.e managing employee lifecycle, administering certain processes on Talent Management, Performance Management, Acquisition & Engagement, Manpower budget and other HC related domain.

    Essential Position Functions

    Talent Management

    • To assist in any Talent Management administrative matters i.e preparing Talent Profile and Template for Succession Planning
    • To assist on tracking and monitoring Individual Development Plan
    • To update and maintaining the data information related to Talent Management.

    Manpower Data / Organizational Structure / Employee Services

    • To assist in preparing, managing and maintaining Manpower data / divisional structure / HC Dashboard
    • To assist in managing Employee Services activities i.e perform data analysis, preparing and generate report.

    Performance Management

    • To assist in any Performance Management administrative matters i.e PIP data tracking, Mid year and end year performance conversation, Performance related matter
    • To update and maintaining the data information related to Performance Management.

    Acquisition & Engagement / Staff mobility / Hiring Plan

    • To assist in any Talent Acquisition administrative matters and Employee Mobility data management i.e expiration of acting / covering / transfer and other related information.
    • To assist on other related work with Acquisition & Engagement i.e on boarding / interview / events

    SOP/ Guidelines / Work Instruction

    • To assist in updating / preparing SOP / Guidelines for HCBP
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Key Challenges
    • Communicate with Stakeholders on the HC Policy/ guidelines / SOP/ etc.
    • To ensure all information's reaches to all Divions under Corporate Centre.

    Skills

    • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal.
    • Meticulous, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and willing to learn and take on added responsibilities.
    • Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.

    Relevant Industries

    • Diploma holder with minimum CGPA 3.0

    Education

    External

    • Diploma in Business Administration / Office Administration / Human Resources

    • Excellence in HR Processes and Business Communication Skills
