We are interior architecture design company established in 2006, managed by two creative partners with 50+ years of combined experience in hospitality interior design. Creating interiors for new developments, refurbishments, or re-branding hotels. We successfully creating hospitality interiors hand in hand with numerous hotel operators, on their numerous brands with their owners and varying budgets around the world.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating drawings from the concept phase to construction documentation and knowledge in technical interior design finishes & detailing for hospitality interiors are a must-have.
• Lead & coordinate work between FF&E and the drawings department as well as international office team members.
• To be able to manage, work independently & communicate well with other team members.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum qualification BA in Interior Design/Architecture.
• A good portfolio of past projects. A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Design skills, planning ability, planning knowledge, and hand sketching abilities.
• Skilled in PC usage, including Autodesk CAD, MS Office, photoshop, and associated design software.
• Abilities in problem-solving, creative and lateral thinking, organization, and time management.
• Teamworking, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Main characteristics: strong personality, passion for design, and a hands-on designer. Able to do quick sketches would be an added advantage.
