    Description

    Job Description:

    • Analyze short to medium-term issues impacting demand growth in the food delivery business. This includes customer segmentation, conversion funnel optimization, churn analysis, market scans and experimentation
    • Design efficient promo structures and other initiatives to drive demand growth in the food delivery business and work with cross-functional teams to execute
    • Forecast spend on promos, incentives and other key initiatives for weekly, monthly and quarterly planning cycles
    • Drive innovation via a continuous iteration of segmentation methods, identification of high potential opportunities to A/B test, collaboration with the Product team for improvement opportunities
    • Forecast growth and unit economics support budgeting cycles
    • Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision making

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Demand Performance Management, e-commerce or Management Consulting is a plus
    • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative
    • Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
    • Strong business acumen and ability to generate insights independently
    • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
    • Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
    • Driven and comfortable with a dynamic environment
    • High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong people and stakeholder management skills
