- Analyze short to medium-term issues impacting demand growth in the food delivery business. This includes customer segmentation, conversion funnel optimization, churn analysis, market scans and experimentation
- Design efficient promo structures and other initiatives to drive demand growth in the food delivery business and work with cross-functional teams to execute
- Forecast spend on promos, incentives and other key initiatives for weekly, monthly and quarterly planning cycles
- Drive innovation via a continuous iteration of segmentation methods, identification of high potential opportunities to A/B test, collaboration with the Product team for improvement opportunities
- Forecast growth and unit economics support budgeting cycles
- Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision making
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Demand Performance Management, e-commerce or Management Consulting is a plus
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative
- Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to generate insights independently
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
- Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
- Driven and comfortable with a dynamic environment
- High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong people and stakeholder management skills
