- Minimum Qualification is Diploma in engineering field
- Experience in Tester such as Magnum, Advantest, Unitest, ,SMT6e.
- Experience in reliability equipment such as Temp Cycle, HAST, THB, Shock, bend and etc
- Experience in failure analysis operations such as X-section, FTIR, SEM, 3D X-ray, FIB, ance and etc
- Able to work as a team with fellow members in a safe, cohesive and collaborative way.
- Always think, converse and behave in a positive manner with a growth mindset.
- Able to readily share knowledge, willing to co-work and behave professionally even under stress.
- Be resourceful and able to look for solution with minimum supervision.
- Able to hold his own, carry out due diligence before making decision. Call out issue if required
