- Provide support for internal communications – from developing concepts for group-wide comms campaigns to online projects (intranet).
- Responsible for coordinating and producing internal newsletters / intranet updates.
- Work with agencies and designers to develop concept & visuals for internal campaigns or team events.
- Develop and manage media gallery - pictures with Endava staff to be used in collateral, follow up to add pictures and video from company events etc.
- Support developing concept & visuals for communications to support graduate recruitment (aiming to step up in 6months to support all employer branding activity).
- Work with local TM&R teams to implement comms campaign & consistent branding.
- Work with online specialists in the marketing team for various projects.
- Work with purchasing to select the best options for give aways, develop & validate branding.
- Act as purchasing coordinator i.e. for work with agencies.
- 2-3 years experience in a role focused on communications.
- Experienced with internal communication activities: i.e. newsletter editing.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Capable of managing work with colleagues across multiple locations and various suppliers.
- Able to coordinate design tasks.
- Is a fast learner and creative, proactive and ambitious.
- Demonstrates social skills and communicates effectively (verbally and in writing).
- Willing to take direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Practical and willing to help out wherever necessary.
